      Laize-fair leadership in US, no drive to implement best practices and seem to view ANZ Operations as a lesser undertaking.

      Thanks for the feedback. We have diagnosed the problem. Our Australian leadership was severely lacking in leveraging our tremendous capabilities, was operating in a silo and misaligned with our unique, open culture. We are also in the process of making changes to the Australia leadership. Good days are ahead of us!

      Still essentially a start up. Need to set a dedicated strategy, focus on that and there should be great potential and growth for everyone.

      There many cons, which are so not like a startup! - Very Skewed Policies - No credibility of managers: they will promise on something and will never deliver! - No Project in Pipeline. - They operate with complete randomness
