Pros

Coworkers were friendly, work is not too strenuous, lots of downtime to do work on slow days. 15% store discount

Cons

Pay is low, shifts are understaffed. Management can not afford to hire more employees. There are stretches of time between new hires where employees must cover many shifts. Sometimes working from 7am-10pm without paid lunches or overtime. You do not receive sick days, so if one person calls out, the remaining small staff must either cover with no notice or work alone.

-Flexible schedule: helpful with scheduling shifts around conflicts/life -Lovely general managers and coworkers! very kind, helpful, and overall great people. Happy work environment with other coworkers within the store. -Positive atmosphere and customer interactions -Ability to learn about other departments (without having to perform work outside listed duties) -Paid training, applicable to job duties

Cons

-Low pay compared to other similar businesses in the market -Not many opportunities for career growth within FP -Little connection to senior management
