The leadership in HR is currently being sued for Racist behavior in the workplace. This lawsuit has been going on for some time now, and no action has been taken against the 2 individuals that are being sued. In light of all recent world events, the exec team should make the proper decisions to remove these individuals as they still express inappropriate behavior. I would advise against working for this company until the environment has changed. HR is currently also demanding that all employees return back to work Nov. 9 2020. This announcement was made the same day that cases in NYC spiked and our president contracted this deadly virus. There has been no outlined guidelines provided for office reentry and crucial questions have not been answered to ensure safety measures are followed. For a company that markets itself as a "Fresh Family", I find it bizarre and hurtful that the company does not protect its employees from racist behavior nor deadly viruses.

Positions are not being filled because word has spread that fresh is a terrible place to work. The leadership is completely out of touch with reality and managers at the director level are only focused on trying to get the CEO's approval that they ignore everything else. Projects constantly miss deadlines because the CEO has a last-minute change-of-heart. It is utterly insane how work is being done here. The culture is also very toxic as people actively try to put the blame on other teams.
