Pros
Funny co-workers, being paid weekly, getting to know the regular customers.
Cons
It's a lot to do as a counter person, such as make coffee,lattes,tea etc, take the customers, argue with customers because they are wondering why their salad came out to $17.37, maintain a clean environment all for minimum wage. LAZY coworkers whom they can't FIRE because they are pregnant. Hours get cut because after 2 it's slow as molasses. SHADINESS between management. They want you to learn all the stations but each station pays differently. No opportunity for growth.
