Pros

The value proposition Fresha offers is unique, comprehensive and extremely powerful. The ongoing feedback and reviews we receive is a proof that Fresha is offering the best software solution in the world for the beauty and wellness industry. The quality of the product is top of the class, features are released at a frequency that I have never seen before and are always exceeding our clients expectations and needs. Which makes this product the best I have ever had to sell! I am truly humbled by where the company is at, being so young but already with a great product-market fit and amazing traction! To describe the Culture, I'd say it is to care. Care for the work we do, for the people we do it with and above all, for the clients we do it for. The attitude is to point at a problem and fix it together. Not point at someone and blame the individual. Anyone is welcomed to question our processes and to take initiatives to improve them. The above is exactly how I approach my life, so this job does not feel like one. Our founders are passionate about product quality and high business performance. Their vision is inspiring and their decisions are always backed with sound data analysis (and we have a lot of data available!). So yes, the expectations are high. This is a high performing team of outstanding talents, passionate professionals, who want to have an impact everyday. I am a Commercial Director in this company and a current employee, so I am biased. But the above is a genuine description of how I feel about my role, the team and the company. Everyday is a fun day, because I learn, I better myself and I get to be inspired by amazing people everywhere in the company.

Cons

The team, the product, the growth and all the fun I am having makes Fresha addictive. It is sometimes hard to disconnect!

Pros

It is great to be in a company that really cares for its employees. I started in Fresha in Customer Experience as one of the first people on the ground in the APAC region. My first day was in Europe meeting all my amazing and passionate team members all striving to provide the best product and best service in the world. I even met our founders who really showed they cared and inspired me to work harder and swifter for a product I truly believed in. The company really nurtured my growth within the business and as such, I have been able to progress my career. There are no politics, and everyone trusts and respects each other. We all work hard to the one goal which is to be the best we can be!

Cons

In all honestly, I cannot think of any cons!
