- extremely talented people - attentive and responsive management and HR - good cooperation between colleagues - well-balanced workload - environment of autonomy (but still extremely well supported if needed) and trust

- full-time only (depending of what you are looking for, it may be a con) PS: true at the time of writing, policy may change in the future

Pros
Since I joined this company, the working and salary conditions improved and are now above market. The experience is fulfilling: you have the possibility to expand your knowledge and upgrade your skills. You can also bring new ideas or solutions which are taken into consideratrion. I met here really nice people in an international environment and it's a real pleasure to work for this company since I arrived.
Cons
If I would have to find cons, I would say the we are not able to have weekly days of homeworking.
