Pros
Nice coworkers but it's a constant revolving door so to speak. Employees are constantly quitting or seeking other employment. Vendors do provide gifts.
Cons
-No structure -Low pay -0 work from home flexibility -Unprofessional management -Toxic leadership -No work to extremely overloaded (no in between)
