      Can be fun, can be challenging, can be demanding, can push your limits.

      Cons

      Unfortunately people are selected for better assignments based on physical traits instead of work ethic. Skin color or who you lay down with precedes all. Toxic environment where everyone backstabs. Supervisors are vindictive.
