Very few pros, to be honest with you. This is a stressful, demanding job.

Cons

Business needs come before everything. Period. Extremely difficult to request time off, unprofessional & inconsistent management, poor communication. This company will drain everything from you, ask you what’s wrong, and then gaslight you that you’re not drained.
