Cons
Many promises made by management which never came to light. CEO is a micromanager with a complex. Staff turnover rate is over 50%; average employment at Frestedt lasts less than 13months; most were let go under questionable circumstances and have resulted in legal discussions. Employees are often belittled and berated to a level comparable to that of emotional terrorism. You will be asked for your opinion, and then scolded for it. No benefits beyond a fully vested 401k; very little vacation and many hoops are in place to jump through before you can use it. Management sets impossible deadlines for staff that are inexperienced and lack any formal training. If the ratings on this website could be fractional I'd select less than 1.
