There aren't any I can think of unless you really wanna work alot for not alot of money

Cons

They'd move hours to next week so you didn't get OT ,like everytime you were supposed to. When you give your notice they try to guilt trip you into staying and offer a pittance of a raise The servers were on coke all the time and a few got fired for ...taking regulars to the bathroom. Constantly fights during football season. Raises are fiction until you find another job

Management was understanding for the most part, and helped out

Cons

Bartender has to get all initial Pepsi products Never ran bar with a bar back, including during football and basketball seasons Short staff in terms of servers Tip out (but bar only thankfully) Bias is in favor of servers/bartenders that have been there long term( floor chart, food running, expo help)
