Pros
There’s nothing good about working for this company! Absolutely nothing. They will work you to the bone and treat you horribly. The property I ran was great, the company was awful.
Cons
You are nothing to them, they will micromanage you, talk about you to other managers. If they don’t like you, they will find ways to get rid of you. Their management at all levels were the worst I’ve ever worked for. It’s because of this company that after 14 yrs of being in the property management industry, I won’t ever go back to it. They were truly abusive and don’t care about their employees.
