Higher ups are toxic, always fighting amongst one another. It is a 'do as I say, not as I do' culture. The entire C-suite stab each other and their own employees in the back. They do not value talent nor will they pay for it unless you are of a very specific gender. Culture is stuck in the 50s. There is a reason why there is high turnover with this company. Hint: lookup their past (several) lawsuits, it will tell you everything you need to know.
