      Toxic behavior masked by a "do-good" name

      Most employees not part of leadership work incredibly hard.

      Cons

      "Leadership" team is corrupt and self serving. The organization is broke and it shows.

      Coworkers are all amazing people

      Cons

      New management has come in and turned this place upside down. What used to be an amazing organization is now plagued by toxic bosses. At the moment, they're currently making all established teachers "re-apply" for their positions in order to clean house and make way for newer, cheaper teachers. Don't even think the word "unionize" or you'll be thrown out so fast your head will spin.
