      Pros

      Excellent work life balance and flexability. Travel between the two sites kept things interesting. Would recomend to anyone with a family. Good communication

      Cons

      The work is not always very interesting. Sometimes the project manager vs HR manager thing was difficult to work with. Pay quite low, but made up for with the flexibility
