Pros
Fantastic doctors, great pay, superb medicine, patients always come first.
Cons
Not allowed to cross train or move departments unless management likes you. Management maintains unprofessional friendships with their employees. Preferential treatment if you're friendly with management. Get hired for one job and end up doing another. The mid level supervisors have a horrible job and management will weed you out of the company if you don't want to join them.
