Management is terrible Poor to no communication

I would just avoid this place completely. Frigel lacks any kind of leadership or accountability both internally and externally. Customer relations are dwindling and everyone is quick to point fingers at each other when stuff goes wrong. Leadership has no clue how to run the company. It’s baffling they can manage to stay afloat. You can tell this place is bad because for every honest low rating review that’s written, they force someone internally to post a generic 4-5 star positive review. The reason being that they know they can’t attract employees and get them to stay, because the pay and benefits are so BAD. So they have to resort to fluffing their company profile to attract prospects. The negative far outweighs the positive, so I would suggest looking elsewhere.
