Pros

There are some talented and friendly people. Some projects can be stimulating, but it really depends on the team. Salary level is Ok Friday pm off

Cons

There is a serious lack of consideration when it comes to layoffs. We only received two days of severance pay before having to apply for employment insurance, which can take weeks to process. Beyond the legal requirements, there could be more consideration for the well-being of laid-off employees. The company's rhetoric about layoffs is often reassuring, but I believe more transparency would be beneficial. Some projects are incredibly demanding and can burn out teams. Management seems more concerned with keeping clients happy than taking care of their employees.
