Pros
FringeArts runs interesting festivals, has good connections to the theatre community, staff has (somewhat) flexible hours, management tries to keep the workload reasonable and there is OT for when that is not possible.
Cons
It's a tough time for non-profits, and when budgets are cut labor becomes more intense for the small production staff. Rentals and presenters often ignore deadlines and the slack gets picked up by production staff,
