- CMO has extreme attention to detail that results in beautiful products, story-telling, and imagery - Got to touch all aspects of marketing - including: ecommerce, tradeshows, photoshoots, social media, and special projects
Cons
- Bonus was only offered to Senior Manager level and above - Small team so you are required to wear multiple hats, not an environment that everyone thrives in - Some employees had been with the company since inception and were stuck in the old ways of working and not always open to change - Chicago based employees had to go out to the headquarters in Mt. Prospect once a week which is not an easy commute if you don't have access to a car.
