(This has clearly been demonstrated by letting valuable workers go through a huge number of restructuring with the aim to reduce the size of the company). *Management have promoted internal staff into higher position where they haven't been qualified for the role. *Management attitude towards hiring unskilled workers in order to avoid paying top dollar for the necessary skills needed for the job. *Management vision for the future is not very clear and somehow confused. *Fronde is like the Titanic, a sinking ship and all management have been doing over the years is just rearranging deck chairs and decorating the cabins.
