Terrible work environment-stressful and pressured

Very nice products. The owner is very nice. Lots of very nice and very helpful employees throughout EXCEPT management. Pay is decent
Cons
Management is awful. Stressful and harassing environment from management. They talk you down and belittle you. Last second demand for overtime without warning. Mandatory to stay late to complete something. It is expected to have quantity over quality. Everything is rushed and pressured. When parts go missing, even if it was not your fault and you did not have anything to do with it, they take money out of your check to cover that part. They also send you home without pay because they are having a rough day. Upper management should be terminated and replaced. Upper management will be the downfall of this place, because if they continue to upset enough people- when people walk away and production slows down, that’s where companies fail. This company could be so great to work for if people were treated as people rather than robots. If people were treated with kindness and respect- I can guarantee a drastic increase in productivity and quality!
