Very honestly Nothing..... Not even product.

Worked with FRT for more than 2 years, but i must say it was worst experience of my career. Management and products are also not good enough to stand in market competition even they don't give full and final settlement to employee, they deduct huge amount as variable which is refundable annually as per then but actually they don't. If your are looking for growth in career plsssss do not even think to join this company.
