While they all cared about the residents, Some staff were lazy or indifferent and cares suffered. Staff not knowledgeable in dementia care even though it’s touted as a memory care facility. Corporate trying to micromanage and listening to immature employees is cause if them to lose what good staff they had. 6 people (out of about 12) were all fired or quit within one month of each other.

Cons
Horrible management , no systems that work consistently, favoritism is shown towards senior leaders, no accountability, no benefits package or 401K . High turn over rate.
