Pros
I love working in a place where actions and attitudes are positive and values-based! At Frontida they are committed to helping people be the best versions of themselves, encouraging us to try new things, reach new goals--all while caring for each other. Flexibility is also really important, and at Frontida I have the flexibility I need to meet my goals at home and at work.
Cons
The work we do is challenging--and learning to work within budget constraints can be difficult because many of the residents we care for receive Family Care funding.
