Pros

You do get phenomenal discounts on what are great, quality products.

Cons

While they say people over profit, the reality is that over the years Frontier has become one of the single most toxic work environments I've ever known personally or heard of. It is profit over people 100%. All the talk of being all in it together, making a difference in the world, and ensuring the best for their employees and suppliers is just that — a lot of talk. I was hopeful it could turn around but it's gotten worse. To the point where some activities there are questionable on HR legalities and many of the true salt-of-the-earth people who deeply believed in the original company mission have given up and left for other options. (This includes all their brands, not just the primary Frontier brand)

Pros

Child care on site, amazing subsidized lunches and full time benefits at 32 hours

Cons

Lack of clear goals and direction at the top. Departments are very siloed, do not work together, information is withheld. The CEO is a micro-manager who is not open to people disagreeing with him or new ideas. HR absolutely can not be trusted!!! This company is not who they say there are. Ask around the community to knowledgable professionals-there are known issues. This is evidence by the HIGH turnover rate- 30-40% even at the top levels in the company.

Pros

Childcare offered on site, great cafeteria options plus coffee and tea, decent insurance available.

Cons

Underpaid and undervalued staff. Knowing how little I was paid compared to men working at similar levels in the company was absolutely insulting. Poor management.
