Pros
Working in the warehouse is better. The supervisors are nice, and the hours are good. The front office is small, with slightly flexible hours. You have about five coworkers.
Cons
Benefits are not great; you only get 5 days total of PTO & Sick time. You basically cannot be sick and take vacation in the same year (unless it's unpaid). The CEO is an interesting guy, polite, mildly friendly, and prefers to communicate by email (even when in the office). He also likes to keep things super minimal and doesn't like things out in the open.

The best part was when I got fired and got Covid unemployment.
Cons
Over three years I was continuously lied to and undermined. I was always promised raises that I never got. The owner flat out lied to me about starting wages for new hires and repeated the lies when I would prove him wrong. The owners family runs this company with an iron fist - family comes first. You will never advance. They like obedient little minions who don't question their sketchy business practices and unsafe work conditions. If you stand up for yourself and your rights - they will fire you!
