      There were a few good people but were over shadowed by their know-it-all bosses

      Cons

      Poor and lack of management, management is egotistical, more interested in finding faults than solutions, employees chew and spit tobacco during meetings, very gross , there were often shouting matches, management not very professional,

      I was fortunate enough to really enjoy working with my immediate coworkers however the rest of the project site, not so much.

      They take shortcuts, management has no respects for labor crew or staff.
