Pros

Some of the people are nice, hard working. Work life can vary. They provide some up skilling support, but expect a 1 hour session to drive sales to success. Pay can be good, they do a decent Christmas party.

Cons

Quick moving management and sales team, makes the job feel unstable, wuth customers losing trust with new reps. The C-Suite/Senior management are inexperienced and lack any understanding of your role or desire to understand those challenges. You're left to fend off other companies without any investment into your existing product range or appropriate marketing materials. It always felt like a sinking ship, whilst you and the sales team were made to feel responsible.

Frontier Medical Group is a business undergoing significant transformation, and with that comes a pace of change across teams, structures, and ways of working. This is a deliberate and necessary approach to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the business, although we recognise it may not align with everyone’s preferences. We do not recognise the characterisation of our senior leadership team. Our C-suite brings extensive experience across healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial functions, and is actively engaged in understanding the challenges faced across the business and supporting teams to deliver. We are continuing to invest in our sales function, including training, product development, and marketing support, and we remain focused on equipping our teams with the tools and clarity needed to succeed. While we may not agree with all of the points raised, we take all feedback seriously as part of our ongoing efforts to improve. We wish you well in your future career.

I’ve been working at Frontier Medical Group in the office for a few years now, and overall it’s been a positive experience. The team is great—everyone is friendly, approachable, and willing to help out when needed. Management is supportive and communicates clearly, which makes it easy to feel part of the bigger picture. The company has been understanding and flexible during difficult times in my personal life, which I really appreciate. Training opportunities and staff perks, including bonuses and events, are also a nice touch. Overall, I’d recommend Frontier Medical Group as a supportive and enjoyable place to work, especially if you value a friendly team and a workplace that’s understanding when life gets tough.

Cons

No workplace is perfect, and there are times when workloads can be challenging or deadlines require extra focus. However, the environment is always supportive, and colleagues are willing to help when needed.

Really friendly place to work – everyone gets along and helps each other out. Good atmosphere on the shop floor, and most people have a laugh while still getting the job done. Managers are approachable – you can talk to them if there’s an issue and they’ll usually listen. Day shift only - no nights. Nice perks like free tea and coffee, social events, and Christmas parties. You’re treated like a person, not just a number – people know your name.

Cons

Not much overtime lately, so harder to boost pay some weeks. Pay is around the national living wage, which could be better for the work we do. On the plus side, we get paid for our breaks, which helps a bit.
