Barely better than a contract position.

Cons

Company is obviously built on a non-sustainable business plan or poorly planned design. CEO complains about having to pay healthcare costs. Now, today, we have had a week paid vacation taken away from our current benefits. Company frequently "updates" employee contract, so you have no guarantee that the contract you were hired under will remain the same for any amount of time.

Pros

Great work environment, most day to day managing done by other company manager (not Frontier), little interaction with Frontier management except for annual reviews or any problems within the job.

Cons

Some people would complain about being unable to reach HR with any questions, but I never had a problem. Some frustration with lack of interaction between FSS management and employees but usually it was for the best.

Pros

Generally speaking your coworkers are good people, made some good friends, work isn't all that challenging

Cons

Raises almost never happen due to hostile or poor contract negotiations, no sick days, limited PTO that is accrued over the year, almost no ability for upwards movement, no potential to move from contractor to full time employee at the host company, employees are often on edge due to frequent issues with contract negotiations and hostilities between frontier and contract owner
