Working for Frontiers has been a complete nightmare, and I strongly advise against anyone considering employment with this company. My experience as an employee was nothing short of dreadful, and here's why:
Toxic Work Culture: Frontiers fosters a toxic work environment where employees are undervalued and overworked and spread fake positivity. In reality there's a pervasive sense of negativity and demoralization that permeates the workplace, making it an incredibly unpleasant place to be.
Employees have problems maintaining work-life balance and maintaining good mental health.
Poor Management: The management at Frontiers is utterly incompetent. They lack clear direction, fail to provide adequate support, and make arbitrary decisions that adversely affect employees. There's a complete disregard for employee well-being, and concerns are routinely dismissed or ignored.
Lack of Career Development: Frontiers offers little to no opportunities for career advancement or professional growth. There's a stagnant atmosphere where employees feel trapped in their roles with no prospects for advancement. This company shows no interest in investing in the development of its employees' skills or careers. They say this is because bad financial results and the need for mass layoffs.
Low Compensation and Benefits: The compensation and benefits offered by Frontiers are woefully inadequate.
The company did not offer a bonus or any additional benefits for over a year of work. It does not even offer private medical insurance or organize any corporate events.
Unrealistic Expectations: Frontiers imposes unrealistic expectations on its employees, expecting them to achieve unattainable goals with limited resources and support. This constant pressure leads to burnout and dissatisfaction among employees.
Lack of Transparency: Frontiers operates with a veil of secrecy, withholding vital information from employees and fostering a culture of distrust. Important decisions are made behind closed doors, leaving employees in the dark and feeling disconnected from the company's direction.
In summary, Frontiers is a terrible employer that offers little to no value to its employees. From toxic work culture and poor management to not so good compensation and unrealistic expectations, working for Frontiers is a recipe for misery. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for employment opportunities.
