Pros
Working at Frontline is awesome. The atmosphere here is something a lot of other agencies can't even complete with. Frontline seems to put their employees first and wants to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. Supervisors are always willing to step in and help when needed and offer advise on how to improve. Absolutely a job that you back get what you put in.
Cons
Co-worker gossip. Close working spaces.... sometimes can get loud and hard to concentrate. Sometimes feels like Supervisors favor the top collectors rather than the new employees.
