A great company for gaining work experience and learning things at the front end. As the employee strength is less it offers a wide range of opportunities for you to learn and develope

A small firm compared to other consultancy services. Its communication structure is a bit clumsy

Pros

Less work, flexible hours, salary is pretty reasonable. Rumors of an office being built in Bangalore that'll be a plus.

Cons

Not many projects at this time, the job is not satisfactory, tools do most of the work. Hyderabad is a horrible city to be in !! Not much of use for programming knowledge.
