Pros

Collegial working environment, decent pay, long-term employees

Cons

Lack of mentorship/growth opportunities, minimal support, disregard for quality. Ever since it was bought out, it's been downhill...

Not a Good Place to Work

Pros

The team is very knowledgeable and friendly - this is the only reason working here is good. Our team was among the only group that was organized and able to help other departments when needed. Most staff is also friendly and willing to work together and help where necessary.

Cons

Frontline was acquired by WebMD in 2019 and since then, have been forgotten and deprioritized as a company/affiliate. Upper management never acknowledges this team and treats us as if we're meaningless to the company. We were promised extremely small raises and did not receive them until months later, as if WebMD was struggling at all with money when they announced a record year in profits! Pay is well below industry standard as well. If you want to be valued as an employee and treated like you belong, do not work here!
