Pros

Good stepping stone if you want to get to know police officers from all around the metro area.

Cons

1. They charge you $50 for a used uniform. 2. They don’t pay holiday pay even on Christmas or Thanksgiving. 3. They are the lowest paying company in the metro area. 4. Most supervisors are promoted to quickly and are power hungry. 5. The owners drive BMW’s but tell you that they can’t afford to give you a pay raise while they remodel the main office for the 3rd time in 4 years. And install a state of the art gun vault (not a safe, a whole room!!)

Pros

Meeting new people (not from the company)

Cons

Terrible management. Had no instructions given to me. I was laid off for taking a lunch break. I was told by my “Boss” we were not allowed to take breaks. I worked with frontline for 5 months and I finally met my “Boss” on my last day. Terrible company. They Don’t care about the employees
