Great Company - I Blew It

Pros

Benefits, Salary Increases, Trips, Training, People, Vision, Hard Work, Career Opportunities, Ethics. They invest a large amount in each person with training and just ask that you follow through on the training. There is an open door policy on ideas and thoughts and I can say that they do listen.

Cons

A lot of training during the middle of the day. A lot of training by conference call and not one on one but group training. Their reviews are too nice. Other agencies will do a review and almost fire you which in many cases here is actually needed.

I can't really think of a pro. Location? Checks didn't bounce?

Cons

Where do I begin... please, think long and hard about the red flags. Think about the offices that have closed and why that was. Think about the "other office location" that are "open." The EXTREMELY high turn over and the empty promises. Benefits are getting worse, training is less, etc. etc. Management and upper management are not there to help close deals, just to delegate. Long hours are expected and not appreciated.

It’s awful to work here. They HIRE a bunch one week, and FIRE a bunch next week.

Cons

They don’t know how to staff. As a CLIENT, why would you HIRE THEM, if they used unethical means to hire their own?

Frontline Source Group Response

We would never be able to function if he hired a bunch of people in one week and then fired them the next. Our operations take a long time to help people grow into their roles. Firing people the next week would be a waste of time. Further, there are no BOTS within our operations. This review reads like someone who has never worked internally with Frontline Source Group. You have the wrong company.
