The company has the opportunity to be one of the leading in the industry, but it's not gonna get there with their lack of commitment to financially backing there quality statements.
Cons
The amount of disorganization that occurs on a daily basis is ridiculous. You never know what time you are going to get off when you come into work and then when you are told a time it is never correct. Management wants everything from you, but will not give anything back (no raises for anyone in almost two years). There are no benefits, the GM has huge mood swings, and your pretty much work six days a week, Any educated person should avoid this company, unfortunately I had to take a position there because I was looking during the recession. I am out of here the first opportunity I get. I am done working 60-65 hrs a week for nothing and the lowest bonus I have ever heard of. Two words Sinking Ship!
