Pros

Not too much i can think of to be honest

Cons

Attitude of very poor pay, and very limited salary increases with the attitude of "if you don't like the pay then leave and we'll get someone in cheaper to replace you". Very weak management in the UK that doesn't stand up to the Israeli head office. Lots of internal politics and back stabbing

Pros

Some good people in the company, but many of them are on their way out because of the culture that has been created.

Cons

Almost everything. Business model is spend millions on acquiring companies to gain assets, while leaving employees to perform several duties understaffed and underequipped. Very poor integration plans lead to unreasonable expectations of employees to navigate through all of the new, unique business acquired on top of being overworked in the first place. The system of operations has become a giant, unmanageable, complicated web of manual work-arounds. Takes 100 little steps to accomplish a minor task, and you will encounter unnecessary problems with 30 of the 100 steps you are expected to navigate through, and work around, creating layers upon layers of manual work and problems to solve. Everything has a ripple effect. One person makes one mistake in that user-unfriendly system, and it creates problems and a lot more work for everybody over all departments. Incredibly toxic environment where most are unhappy and looking for employment elsewhere. That leads to anger or apathy throughout the company, which is reflected in the quality of work and relationships. Frutarom is about making as much money as possible as quickly as possible, and abuses people to make that happen. I've seen several people become physically ill, including a heart attack and a stroke in the last three or four months, relationships and families broken apart, and once happy, hard working people become opposite as a result of Frutarom's method of operation. Corporate headquarters mandated no pay increases in 2016 based on skewed data, leading to far worse attitudes and working conditions. This is a company that does not deserve to succeed!
