Management isn't as knowledgable in the crm as they think they are. They hound you for appointments and threaten you when there is no traffic because the market has been flooded and nobody wants to go on a cruise if you are a female all sales managers and staff thinks you are there to be ogled and passed around for amusement

Turnover is high. Expectations are outrageous, and they do little to nothing to train sales people, or to train managers. No work life balance, expected to work 6 -7days a week
