      Pros

      Company culture is inclusive, fun and generally supportive. I love the people I work with and I get loads of ownership over my role.

      Cons

      You need to be a self starter, so if you struggle without lots of support then it could be difficult. If you ask for help, you get help, but you're also held accountable to results.
