      Anything good was undermined by general disorganization

      Cons

      They didn't know what their needs were. Management didn't want to admit that the product didn't work. The result, for example, was that Team A would be blamed and held accountable for the problems of Team B.

      Pros

      The Founders and the C Suite truly care about this company and are approachable and hard working as the rest of us! We want to be the leader in indexing the worlds commerce and we’re well on our way! We have a diverse and collaborative work environment and plenty of office perks! This is a great place to work if you are interested in high growth startups and want to make an impact! FuelX is a company that dares you to walk on fire each day to make things happen! We have a huge gong we ring for staff accomplishments and it’s been so much fun working here!!

      Cons

      Smaller size company where you can’t just hide in your cube all day! Benefits are a bit expensive for now but the more the company grows so do the offerings! It’s certainly an investment for the future!
