Pros
Supportive environment for employees, truly a place that mangement cares about health and success of the staff. I know and have been shown that I am appreciated and valued. Ongoing continuing education that pays their employees for training. Good pay. Shared benefits and RSP program.
Cons
Short staffed at the moment so days are busy.

Hybrid work Outsourced HR Great team. Some have been around for 20 years. Team is part of the hiring process.

Issues hiring more talent. Can leave the team short of L3 escalations.
