      Great range of projects and project exposure, but poor salary

      Pros

      There is a fantastic range of projects to be involved with around the world. Good exposure to all aspects of geotechnical and mechanical engineering projects.

      Cons

      Yearly salary increases lags behind the amount of project responsibility put on to employees. Young and keen employees successfully undertake high profile / value projects but with little reward compared to the rest of industry.
