      Toxic, Non-existant Culture

      Pros

      - Unlimited PTO - Ability to work from home - Very unique product and problem space - There are some very talented engineers working there - Everyone below middle management are really friendly.

      Cons

      - No culture - Very little person2person interactions - MGMT relies on intimidation/fear/threats often to motivate people - Inherent trust issues between all employees - Lots of churn - No career development plan for any employee - No transparency/communication between departments - All processes are Fugue are either broken or non-existent - Product, Design, and Data/Research are also basically non-existent.

      * Challenging, engaging work on important and difficult problems. * Great engineering, design, writing teams. * Flexible hours and respect for having a life outside work. * Opportunities for advancement. * Roadmap is clear and generally pretty stable. * Huge addressable market with great product.

      Cons

      * Ahead of market, so educating is important. * Expectations are higher than normal (both a pro and con depending on your goals) * Some nights & weekends - its a startup.
