Pros

The hours are really good.

Cons

What my job actually turned out to be and what was initially discussed turned out to be completely different. I was given no training, harassed by another senior employee and made to feel physically unsafe which has never happened to me in my life. HR was beyond nasty about the entire process. They want you to do the work of 4 people and get paid next to nothing. Two managers spoke badly of another employee my very first day there. Bullying was definitely an issue. There is a ton of office drama. I am so grateful to have left this place. I felt like I was back in high school.

Pros

Only thing I can say they have half day on Friday.

Cons

They promote selected employees that they want to advance, your experience and your years doesn't matter in regards to advancement.

Pros

Compressed schedule, four day work week, or 4-1/2 day week (4 hrs on Fridays). When covid hit they very quickly pivoted to making bulk vaccine APIs, very impressive to see happen.

Cons

Four-day workweek can be thrown out the window on a whim so don't plan your life around it. Pay not at same level at the big players J&J, GSK, etc. Above average amount of nepotism. HR (in particular) and admin depts can be frustrating to deal with. Some, but not all, low-level and mid-level supervisors/managers exhibit imposter syndrome. To an extreme. The behavior is they will say/do anything to avoid even slightest hits or appearance of subordinates/new hires/outsiders knowing more than they themselves do. You can expect it to affect your pay, career advancement, work assignments, working relationships, etc., etc., it permeated everything. The managers above those who practice this annoying behavior seem to know it happens but do nothing to course correct, makes you question if they actually agree with it and concur with it.
