      Potential to make a lot in commission.

      Cons

      You end up working 80+ hours per week, low base pay, benefits had gotten worse every year. You're basically signing up to be a human punching bag.

      Pay isn't bad and field level employees are some of the best people you'll ever work with.

      Cons

      Management are horrible at their jobs. Management will use degrading tactics to force employees to quit. Management puts all their downfalls on field level employees. Management are some of the sleaziest people you will ever meet in your life just down right degenerates.
