I have been working at Fujitsu (More than a year)

    Pros

    Modern efficiently built new office.

    Cons

Since the restructuring many skilled staff have been made redundant taking all their knowledge, those left cannot even fill in our timesheets
You are regularly pressured into working for free or “discounted rates”, by which I mean only recording part of the time in timesheets.
Typically you have to work two hours for every one recorded, chase up items that you cant bill time for.
Or they’ll be urgent jobs that need to be started now but which you never get a timesheet code for.

Even then what you do record (e.g. timesheets) gets rejected, and every dirty trick is used to avoid you being able to charge/record your time and make it as difficult and time consuming as possible so you give up.
It takes at least a day a week just to chase done project codes and approvals and all the admin.
You almost need to hire a lawyer to investigate the jobs you get to make sure you’re not being misled, such as a week job being allocated a day.

And the onus in on the staff to have a minimum utilisation that can rarely be achieved because of all this, and if you don’t meet utilisation you’re a prime candidate for redundancy.

    Advice to Management

You really need to address these behaviours and understand the damage it is doing to overall efficiency.

None. Get a job elsewhere in finance

    Cons

Management don’t want to promote talent
    Having to pay for parking

    Advice to Management

Disengage lot in finance. No career opportunity. CFO and senior management don’t promote talent, only interested in stretching people to the limit . Low pay .
