Pros

Cheap food at hawker centre nearby. At least the air con is cold, considering how poor the other amenities are in the office. Base salary is slightly above market with no bonuses or benefits at all.

Cons

You are expected to work on weekends even though it it not said and mentioned during interviews and employment contract. The boss likes to hold meetings over small issues that take up so much time. Severe micromanagement by the boss is the culture there. Employee feedback is useless as they rather do things themselves.

Pros

Good career progression for Ex-convicts, people with disabilities, elderly and foreigners who cannot find a job in Singapore. Normal candidates won’t take any roles from this company or staff won’t stay on this job as the pay package is the worst in the market. ( No AWS/ bonus and no off day in lieu if public holiday falls on the rest day etc). Fun Fact: its cheaper to hire the Ex-convicts, people with disabilities and elderly as government is giving salary support that why they are hired . They can continue to stay on to the job provided they don’t get fired. Termination rate is very high!

Cons

The staff turnover rate is astronomically high with more than 20 employees leaving or terminated every month definitely a major red flag. Long winded meeting with 1 boss dominated and do all the talking which is unnecessary especially to tackle 1 simple problem or issue. Employees felt drained out and demoralized after 2-3 hours of meeting with scolding. TOXIC environment ,boss micromanage ,belittle employees with no respect.

Pros

Nothing positive that is worth mentioning.

Cons

High turnover is a major red flag here — people don’t stick around for long, and it’s not hard to see why. Leadership lacks direction, and decisions often feel reactive rather than strategic. Meetings are frequent, unnecessarily long, and dominated by a boss who talks at length without offering much substance or clarity. Overall, there’s little sense of purpose or cohesion. Hard to feel motivated when no one seems to know what the company is actually aiming for. People are fired with 1 day notice. Very Dismal company. DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY POSITION IN THIS COMPANY.
