Pros

Fulcrum is an incredibly fun and challenging place to work. With such a bright future, my colleagues and I feel such a deep sense of responsibility in forging the future in support of such a fundamental industry: manufacturing. Politics are put aside to work collaboratively not just as teams but as a company — what we call the cybernetic brain. In addition, the benefits are remarkable: unlimited PTO, excellent healthcare, book stipend, hybrid/remote flexibility, happy hours, etc. Fulcrum does everything it can to make sure employees feel vital to the community and important contributors to its mission.

Cons

Manufacturing can be a difficult industry to understand. Not really a con — more of a challenge.
