      The team is excellent and very close knit, which helps dramatically when building a startup from scratch; The expertise in mechanical design is second to none; The goals and mission could truly change an industry

      Pros

      Fulfil was a great company to work for. Even given the cutting-edge environment, my coworkers and bosses alike were friendly, accepting, helpful, social (pre-COVID, obviously). Very much an all-for-one kind of team that does not feel cut throat. One of the only jobs I've had where I never felt uncomfortable or disrespected as a female employee. Loved going to work everyday!

      Cons

      It is a challenging, high-speed, high pressure environment. This is a company that requires the best of the best (in case you were thinking about winging that job interview).
